A monolithic villa facing the sea: one heavy concrete box cantilevering over the rocky coast and a full-height glass slot facing the water.
The villa is a single concrete box projecting over the shore. The glass slot facing the sea cuts the horizon out like a frame.
On the windswept coast the thick concrete shell keeps the house cool; terraces are shaded voids carved into the box.
