A city centre renewal: arcaded concrete civic buildings, rows of plane trees, a long water channel and green corridors.
The project frames a city centre freed from traffic with arcaded concrete civic buildings. The arcades give shade in summer and shelter from rain in winter.
A long water channel and rows of plane trees divide the square and form a green corridor towards Uludağ.
