A mixed-use urban regeneration project combining housing, offices and retail. Stepped concrete terraces and a raised public plaza.
Urban Block turns a former industrial plot into a neighbourhood where homes, offices and shops interlock. The blocks step down towards the south; each step becomes a planted terrace for the flats above.
A concrete arcade along the ground floor forms a continuous market street that shelters pedestrians from rain and sun.
